The Ski Family is the first ski school to operate without a physical location.

Passionate about snowboarding and expert in digital technology, we have built with our customers, a simple, clear and fun offer that corresponds to the new expectations of the French and international market.

A dedicated team of instructors to make your life easier

• Our team of enthusiasts is present in the resort during the season to exchange with you. Our very light structure does not require regular meetings. Exchanges are made in a fluid way according to and the school adapts to your usual way of functioning.

Attractive and equal remuneration:

• The Ski Family offers a better remuneration than other schools thanks to low structure costs. The commission charged is between 10 and 20% depending on the type of course.

• The order distribution system is not linked to seniority but to the terms agreed upon at the beginning of the season. There is therefore no hierarchy that would only benefit a small number of instructors. The commissions applied are transparent and identical for all instructors.

Private and group lessons limited to 8 people

The application allows the instructor to share a lot of useful and motivating information with their students.

• Easily share class photos so students can share them with their friends and family at the end of the day.
• Reward students with virtual reward badges throughout the week to keep them engaged.
• Transmit information about you and your meeting point.
• Share your personalized advice and encouragement for each student.

How long does it take you? Less than 2 minutes per student?

Guaranteed hours and fees:

• Thanks to its specialization in digital technology, the Ski Family has a significant capacity for customer acquisition. But before growing, the school's priority is to guarantee volumes for its instructors.
• The Ski Family commits to each instructor to guarantee a minimum number of lessons. In the event of non-compliance with these amounts, the whole of the Ski Family, service provider for the instructor, undertakes to pay penalties so that the instructor can receive this minimum income.

How it works

The Ski Family : how does it work ?

The International Ski Schools are independent structures that have joined together and adopted a common quality charter to provide high quality services. They have all been created by professionals who want to teach snow sports in a different, more human and more personalized way.

Profiles sought

We are looking for ski and snowboard instructors trained by the National School of Mountain Sports (ENSM), which includes both :

• The National Ski and Mountaineering School (ENSA), located in Chamonix
• The national Nordic and mid-mountain ski center, located in Prémanon

A good knowledge of ski and snowboard activities and mountain safety rules is necessary.

It is also essential to have good interpersonal skills, and to know how to adapt to different types of audiences.

A first experience in group supervision is desired.

Languages required: French and fluent English.
