Ski Family is the booking platform for independent ski schools founded by Benoît LOUDES and Florent PALACH. We choose schools that respect our quality charter (small groups of students, human-sized structures, qualified instructors) and our values (empathy, excellence, pleasure and responsibility).

It all started witha week of skiing with friends. After 20 years without taking ski lessons, a friend from South America joined us in the Alps to discover the region and learn to ski. The result: long lines at the snow front to reserve, group lessons full to the brim, and a somewhat distant student-instructor relationship. We notice that the ski lessons sector has not changed much since our youth.
A new vision of the ski school was formed: it should offer a fluid booking experience, in line with modern tourism standards, provide more transparency and help apprentice skiers to progress while having fun. We decided to meet this challenge by bringing a touch of innovation to the sector. The digital side allows for easy communication between instructors and skiers, especially through an application.
Florent PALACH: Graduated from EDHEC Business School, I started at Capgemini, in strategy consulting, before becoming IT Project Manager at LesFurets.com. Passionate about snowboarding, I skate, surf and snowboard whenever I get the chance! I co-founded Ski Family in 2019, where I drive technical projects, as well as administrative and financial matters.
Benoit LOUDES: Engineer graduated from UTBM, I worked 2 years in Angola before becoming a Business Developer in the digital sector. Passionate about wide open spaces and board sports, I can't imagine a good vacation without surfing, snowboarding or kitesurfing! I co-founded Ski Family in 2019, where I manage the operational aspects and the relationship with our partners.

Ski Family, originally created in Chambéry in Savoie, is a French brand whose mission is to give small independent ski schools the tools to face an increasingly digitalized demand and competition. The Outdoor Sports Valley Association (OSV), based in Annecy, France, close to the ski resorts, helps us find partners in the outdoor sports industry.
